Prices are mixed and ranging so far this morning. That could change as the day progresses, but for now, I would call this a range. Note that the range is wide enough to get trends within it, so you can use trend rules as prices move from side to side of the range. Wait on lower highs on breakouts and adjust the highs/lows of the range if needed later in the day. Note that prices could start trending as well but wait on proof of that before trading it.
