It seems like each time I have a bug worked out, something else pops us to create new challenges. The growth of our website and the increased interest and traffic that has come with it has been remarkable and exciting, but with growth comes challenges and learning opportunities.
The latest challenge I am encountering is that I am receiving and replying to more emails than usual, so this is throwing up spam flags with most of the major email servers. It started with Hotmail/Outlook, but has now migrated over to G-mail as well. I have done some research and it seems that it takes time for an email address to mature and earn “reputation.” Our website has grown faster than they like it seems. The issue is sporadic, but it seems to happen at peak email times when I am sending out lot’s of replies.
I am working on fixes for this, and one you may notice is that my post notifications are coming from a separate email address, so if you were wondering why, this is part of the reason. However, many of you keep asking why I am not replying to emails, although I have most likely attempted to reply to you multiple times. I always respond to all emails, so if you are not getting a reply from me, it means your email provider is marking my replies as spam or else bouncing my emails completely.
Until I can work this all out, it will help if you only use my mack@priceactiontradingsystem.com email for correspondence. Also, be sure to check your spam folder if you do not get a reply from me. Lastly, be sure to whitelist anything coming from @priceactiontradingsystem.com. If you do that, it should help ensure my replies and emails to you do not end up in your spam folder or bounce completely. Most all email providers have a function to whitelist emails addresses so that they will get through. By doing so, you help improve our reputation and hopefully ensure that my replies are getting to your inbox.

Ya ever since I joined all the email (from premium content) alway went to my junk folder with outlook but if I sent you a email and you reply it just went to my inbox. Just last few months been 50/50 with the premium content email.
I tried to look and see how I could un-flag it on my side but gave up lol

Outlook seems to be the worst one. I actually was able to get them to give me a boost, so they are allowing me to send more emails now, but they didn’t do that until I moved directly to my domain name email and threatened to stop using them. You can go into the settings in outlook and whitelist an email address. You can google the instructions if you think it’s necessary to do so. I do not do any email marketing of any kind, so it’s kind of a bummer to have email problems with legitimate email replies and such. According to Microsoft, they are really trying to crack down on spam, so they are tightening things up considerably. Others with outlook accounts have said their emails to me were also kicked back, so I guess it’s happening to everyone that uses them?

I’m not sure why I cant reset password to main site. I click and it says it sending email to my main email. But nothing ever shows up. And I know of no support email.

I am a paid premium member i am not able to open your content of your mid morning chart.
I log in but do not ever see a chart.
