While prices are somewhat mixed, the trend and bias are still down for the moment. That could change, as prices are extremely oversold, but do not try and pick bottoms. Stay with the downtrend until the price action proves it is no longer trending lower. Wait on sure things with a confirmed trend before attempting to get long.

Hello Mack,

When do you start trading in the morning? Do you start at 7:00am your time to trade prior to the market open?
I heard you say stop trading in the after by 2:30pm a bit before Market close.
Thank you very much for your confirmation.

    You can safely start around 7 AM CST and I would not take any new trades after 2:30 PM CST. You don’t necessarily have to exit an existing trade at 2:30 PM, just don’t take any new trades after that time.
